Moshi Monsters need to get their Act Together
My daughter is a regular on "Moshi Monsters" - designed for young kids. They have a reporting system for inappropriate behaviour etc, which is good. The front page says "Privacy and Safety Assured". She has lots of innocent fun, and I'm usually very happy with it.
However, since yesterday a few people (one in particular) have been regularly putting up pretty offensive stuff (bad swear words but with ** in, and saying they will be coming around to others' houses). They need to increase their vigilance as it appears to be quite a while before the stuff is being taken down, even when they are reported by lots of kids. A member of staff needs to be on there 24/7 at the moment as it seems to be quite bad presently. Some responsible kids have set up a group on the forum to try to get the worst offender banned.
Kids shouldn't see this stuff on their favourite website.
